250 g paneer
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp soy sauce
2tbsp corn flour+1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp plain flour
oil for deep frying
FOR CHILLI GRAVY
1 medium size onion cubes
1 medium size capsicum cubes
1 1/2 tsp garlic fine chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
2-3 green chilies
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2tbsp red chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp MSG
2 tbsp corn flour+200 ml water
Less than 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp sesame oil or refined oil
1piece of chicken stock(optional)
