How to Make Chilli Paneer
Ingredients:
Paneer - 200g
Oil - to coat(1 tsp) + 1 tsp to cook
Salt - to taste
Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
White pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Haldi - ⅛ tsp
For Chilly Paneer Gravy
- Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Garlic - 3-4 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 5 or 6 slit
Onion Shells - 1
Capsicum - 1 small diced
Spring Onion Whites - handful
Salt - to taste
Schezwan Sauce - 3 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Sweet Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Flavoring Salt / MSG - 1 pinch (optional)
Spring Onion Greens - 2 tbsp
Tomato Cubes - deseeded 1 small
Water - 1 ½ cup
Corn Starch - 2 tbsp
Spring Onion Greens - to garnish
