Garlic cloves(chopped)-5
Onion(chopped)- 1(medium)
Red chilli sauce- 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp
Schezwan chutney- 1 tbsp
Green chilli sauce- 1 tsp
White vinegar- 1 tsp
Soy sauce- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chilli or spring onion for garnishing
