Gobble | Gulab Jamun Donut | गुलाब जामुन डोनट | Indian Dessert Recipes

Ingredients:

1 pkt MTR Gulab Jamun

Mix Water/milk as required.

Oil for frying

For the syrup:

1 cup sugar

¾ cup water

1 tbsp rose essence

Slice of lemon

Pinch of saffron

For garnish:

Rabri(Use Kesar Badam Powder for Rabri)

Kesar Badam powder - 15gm

Milk - 500ml

1 cup rabdi (mixed with whipped cream)

Chopped dry fruits

Dried rose petals

Method:

1. Boil the milk with the Kesar Badam Powder and stir in-between.

2. Switch off the flame in thick consistency.

Method:

1. Add milk/water to the MTR Gulab Jamun Mix and knead into a soft dough.

2. Roll out the dough into a 2 cm thick sheet & cut into a doughnut shape.

3. Deep fry in oil till golden and soak in the sugar syrup mixture.

4. Soak for about 2-3 minutes & serve.

5. Fill the centre with rabdi cream and garnish with some chopped dried fruits & rose petals. 6. Gobble!
