Instruction
1.First we need Hard boiled eggs - 6
2.Now let us fry these boiled eggs
In a pan add oil and heat it, to it add
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - few pinches
Saute and add eggs, fry them till they turn crispy
3.Heat oil - 2 tablespoon
To it add
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Saute it for few seconds
4.Then add chopped onions - 2 medium sized
Saute till it turns golden brown in colour
5.Then add ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon and saute till raw smell disappears
6.Add diced green chilies - 2
and saute
7.Now add
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
And saute well
8.Add roughly ground tomatoes - 3 medium sized
Cook them till tomatoes become smooth
9.Add cashew powder of 10 cashews and mix well
10.Add a cup of water and when it boils add fried eggs,coriander leaves and a teaspoon of fenugreek leaves
11.Cook till oil appears on sides
12.Serve it hot with roti or rice
