INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 5
Onion cut into small cubes- 2
Ginger finely cut- a small piece
Tomatoes cut into small pieces - 3
Green chillies - 4
Coriander leaves - few
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala - 2 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 50 GM
Instruction
1.In a pan add oil and butter after it melts add onion and gry.
2.Then add ginger, green chillies ,salt and saute for 2 minutes.
3.Add tomatoes and cook till they are smooth.
4.Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and pav bhaji masala.
5.Fry it for a minute or two.
6.In a bowl add five eggs and some salt and whisk it well.
7.Slowly add the whisked eggs into the pan with gravy.
8.Keep on mixing the eggs for sometime.
9.Under low flame cook the eggs and slowly increase the flame cook till the mixture is dry.
10.Egg bhurji is ready add few coriander leaves and serve.
