Instruction
1.Boil eggs - 4 and cut into halves
2.In a pan heat oil - 1 tablespoon
To it add
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon and saute
Then add chopped onion - 1 medium sized fry it till it turns pinkish
3.Add green chilies - 2 chopped and saute
4.Curry leaves chopped - 6 to 7 leaves
5.Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon saute till raw smell disappears
6.Reduce flame and add
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt
Saute for a minute add little water
7.Now add eggs and fry well keep on turning and mixing
8.At last sprinkle with
Salt
Garam masala powder
Black pepper powder
9.At last garnish with few coriander leaves
10.Serve hot with dal rice or roti
