Instruction
1. In a pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon
2.To this add diced onions - 4 and fry till golden brown
3.Then add ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon and fry till raw smell disappears
4.Now lower the flame and add
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - as required
Mix well and saute
5.Add tomato diced - 1 medium sized cook till smooth
6.Now add
Fenugreek leaves - 1 bunch
Few coriander leaves
Chopped green chilies - 2
Mix well
7.Add eggs - 3 and add little water if required
8.Cook under high flame for a minute then reduce flame and cook for 10 minutes under low flame sprinkle few pinches of black pepper powder
9.After 10 minutes open lid break eggs if required and mix
10.Serve hot with khichdi or roti
