Instruction
1.First let us make a batter and the ingredients required are
Wheat flour - 250 gram
Diced onions - 2 medium sized
Eggs - 2
Yogurt - 100 gram
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - as required
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Chopped green chilies - 4
Few chopped coriander leaves
Mix ith well with 2 cups of water and keep aside for 5 minutes
2.Heat a pan and apply few drops of oil and pour batter to make chilas or dosas
3.Roast them on both sides apply oil as required
4.Let us make a chutney to spread on the dosa
For chutney we need
Diced onion - 1 small sized
Dried red chilies - 8
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic cloves - 7
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Grind them with tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon
5.Spread the chutney on the dosa and roll it and cut it in to two pieces
6.Enjoy as a breakfast dish or a tiffin box item
