Instruction
1.First make dough for Paratha and for that we need
Wheat flour - 250 gram
Milk - 2 tablespoon
Egg - 1
Salt - as required
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Mix it with required water and kneed well
Keep it aside
2.Now for egg mixture we need
Eggs - 4
Diced onions - 1 medium sized
Diced tomato - 1 medium sized
Chopped coriander leaves - few
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped green chilies - 3
Salt - as required
Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Mix it while frying parathas
3.Now make parathas as shown and fry it then pour the egg mixture in it
4.Add required amount of oil and fry well on tawa
5.After frying paratha apply mayonnaise on it and sprinkle black pepper powder on it
6.Roll the paratha and can be used as a breakfast recipe or tiffin box recipe
