1 tbsp cocoa powder
100 grams butter
200 grams condense milk
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp or 1 tsp Baking soda
For Icing:
Whipped Cream
20 pcs Tinned Cherry
Choco Chips
Chocolate Flakes
To make Sugar Syrup:
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup of water
