CUSTARD CAKE

INGREDIENTS  

1 CUP MILK & ½ CUP VANILLA CUSTARD POWDER
1.5 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
SIEVE
½ CUP OIL
CUSTARD MIXTURE (MIX GRADUALLY)
POUR BATTER IN MOULD
SPREAD DRIED CHERRY & BLACK RAISIN
PLACE THE MOULD IN PRE-HEATED PAN
COOK IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 30-35 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
CUT IN SLICES
