Ingredients
Oil 2 tbsp
1tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds/ methi seeds
Red chillies 2 broken
Hing / asafoetida powder 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 1tsp
For roasting and grinding sambar masala
1tsp oil
1tbsp chana dal/ Bengal gram
1tbsp toor dal
2 tbsp coriander seeds/ dhaniya
1/2 tsp methi seeds
For grinding along with above roasted ingredients
3 tbsp freshly grated coconut ( Do not roast this)
Vegetables to sauté
Oil 3 tbsp
Ladies finger 150 grams
Red pumpkin 100 grams
Tomatoes 100 grams
(You can use any vegetables you want)
Curry leaves 1 tsp
Asafoetida powder 1/4 tsp
