Chana dal 1 heaping cup or 200 grams
Thick coconut milk 1.5 cups
Thin coconut milk 3 cups
Jaggery 400 grams or 2.5 cups
Sabudana 2 tbsp
Salt
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Ghee 4 tbsp
Sliced coconut 1/4 cup
Cashewnuts 2 tbsp or about 12 numbers
