Chopped Mixed vegetables like cauliflower carrot beans green peas 750 grams

1/2 tsp each of turmeric powder and cumin powder, 1.5 tbsp coriander powder
Half tsp red chilli powder (add less red chilli powder and more green chillies)
Whole Garam masala
Bay leaf 2
1 inch piece cinnamon
3 pieces cloves
1 tsp stone flower
2 black cardamom
2 green cardamom
2 strands mace or javetri
4 black peppercorns
4 tbsp coconuts
2tbsp cashew nuts
Half tbsp khaskhas
1 tbsp kishmish
2 tbsp tamarind
