vati dal na khaman

Preparation time - 45 minutes

Ingredients  

2 cup channa dal or gram dal,
1/2 cup curd,
3 glass water,
soak for 6-7 hours,

make batter and again keep it asides for 6-7 hours...for fermentation
salt,
1/2 tsp cooking soda,
3 tsp oil,
 
steam for 20-25 minutes,

for tadka of khaman,
1 tsp mustard seed,
3 chopped green chilly,
1 tbsp red chilly powder,
4-5 big spoon oil,
coriander leaves,
shredded Coconut,
