Ingrediants
2 cup channa dal or gram dal,
1/2 cup methi bhaji,
2 tbsp oil
1 tbps red chilly powder,
1/4 tsp termeric powder,
1 tsp coriander & cummin seed powder,
salt,
1/4 tsp cooking soda,
1 tsp garam masala,
1/4 tsp Hing,
1 tsp sugar,
for dry masala:
8-10 black pepper,
1/2 tsp coriander seeds,
1/2 tsp sesame seed,
1/2 tap snauf,
grind them in to a powder,
oil for frying,
serve with curd & green chilly,
