Milk Burfi

Ingredients:

Milk - 1 liter
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Pista                         - 5
Almond                    - 5
Saffron                     - few
Milk Burfi recipe

Instruction 

Add the milk and sugar to a wide, thick bottomed vessel and keep on stirring on low flame till it gets thickened.
When the water evaporates completely add the cardamom powder and mix well.
When a thick consistency is attained remove from the flame and spread on a plate previously coated with ghee.
When half cooled, make cubes according to your wish. Sprinkle finely chopped pista, almond and saffron.
