Thick Milk Cream Layer:
- 350 gr COLD Heavy Cream ( 1 1/2 cups + 1 tbsp)
- 150 gr COLD Sweetened Condensed Milk ( 5.5 ounces)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
