1 tblsp Ghee
1/2 cup Fenugreek (Methi)
Ingredients for preparing Dough -
1 cup All purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 cup Fine Semolina (Barik Rava)
1/2 tblsp Salt (Or asper taste)
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
1 tblsp Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Coarsely Crushed Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)
1 tsp Coarsely Crushed Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add Sautéed Methi prepared above
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
2 tblsp Melted Ghee
90 ml Water (or as per requirement)
Oil for frying
