Farsi Puri/ Namkeen Mathri

Ingredients -
1 tsp Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)
2 cups All purpose Flour (Maida) (approx. 250 grams)
1/4 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
1/4 cup Semolina (Baarik Sooji) (40 grams)
2 tsps Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 1/2 tsps Salt (or as per taste)
1/4 cup Clarified Butter (Melted Ghee)
1/2 cup water (to knead the flour) (100 ml)
Oil for frying
