Crispy Palak Verki Puri

 

Ingredients -
100 gram Spinach Leaves (Palak) (washed twice in water and strained all the water using a strainer)
25 gram Mint leaves (Pudina)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 tsp Salt
3 Green Chillies
250 gram all purpose flour (Maida)
1 1/2 tsps Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tblsps melted Ghee

Ingredients for paste -
3 tblsps melted Ghee
4 tblsps Chick Pea Flour (Besan)
Oil for frying
