Ingredients
100g green chillis
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp mustard and fenugreek powder (check video)
1/4 tsp asafoetida
sesame oil as needed
Salt as needed
Instruction
Step 1: Cut down the green chillis by scraping off the middle portion
Step 2: Prepare the mustard and fenugreek powder as shown in the video
Step 3: Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp mustard and fenugreek powder, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, and some salt and mix it well
Step 4: Add the prepared stuffing to the green chillis.
Step 5: Heat down some sesame oil and pour it over the stuffed green chillis and mix it well.
