INGREDIENTS
1) 250 grams milk mava
2) 200 grams milk paneer
3) 50 grams all purpose flour / meda
4) 50 grams semolina / sooji
5) 1/2 tsp baking powder
6) some dry fruits almonds and cashews
7) food color red and green
8) sugar 500 grams for sugar syrup
PROCESS
1) first we make sugar syrup and for that we take pan on medium flame and then add sugar in it and also add 2 cup of water in it and cook it for 5 min.
2) we want little thick syrup so counteniously stir it well while cooking.
3) after making sugar syrup we prepare dough for kala jamun and for that we take paneer in dish and press and kneed it well.
4) now add milk mava and baking powder and all purpose flour and semolina mix all things well and make a smooth dough.
5) now our dough is ready and now we make fill up for kala jamun and for that take little mixture in bowl and add red food color and some dry fruits and 1 tsp sugar and mix all things well. after making red mixture then make small balls from this mixture.
6) after then we prepare main mixture and for that add green food color in main dough and mix it well.
7) now our greeen mixture is ready. we take little mixture in hand and make a ball and press at centre to make space there and now we place red ball here and cover it well and also make little ball. make all balls like this from all mixture.
8) now take pan on medium flame and add ghee 500grams and let ghee little hot.
9) after then add all balls in this ghee and fry them till they become little black dark brown and then take them out.
10) now add all fried balls in sugar syrup and stay away for 30 min at normal temp. after then take them in to fridge and after then our recipe KALA JAMUN is now ready to serve. enjoy it... thank you...
