Rava Upma Recipe | सूजी का उपमा | Sooji Upma | By Archana in Hindi | Healthy Easy Indian Breakfast

ngredients:

1 Cup Semolina

3 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Mustard Seeds

10-12 Curry Leaves

3 Green Chillies, chopped

1 tsp Sugar

1 Onion, chopped

2 Cups Boiling Hot Water

1/4th Cup Grated Fresh Coconut

Coriander Leaves

Salt to taste

Method:

- Dry roast the semolina for 5 minutes in a hot pan.

Switch off the flame when color slightly changes.

- Boil two cups of water.

- In a pan heat some oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and coriander leaves.

- Then add chopped onion and mix everything well.

Add roasted semolina,grated coconut and sugar. Mix well.

- Add boiling hot water. Also add salt. Mix well.

Let everything cook for 5 minutes.

- Rava Upma is ready to be served.

- Garnish it with some grated coconut and coriander leav
