  FOLLOWING ARE THE INGREDIENTS.

AT FIRST SUJI – 100GM,

BELL PEPPER – 1 MEDIUM SIZE,

CARROT – 1 MEDIUM SIZE,

BEANS – 50 GM,

GREEN CHILLI – 2 PIECES,

OIL – 50 GM,

SALT – 1TSP

THEN TO TASTE,

SUGAR – 1TSP,

CURRY LEAVES – AS REQUIRED,

WATER – 1 CUP,

EGG – 1,

ONION – 2 MEDIUM SIZE.

FOLLOW THE METHODS.

FRY THE SUJI WITHOUT OIL.

FOLLOW THE COLOR OF SUJI IS RED OR NOT.

IF RED THEN PUT IS A POT.

ON THE OTHER FLAME HEAT THE OIL AND AFTER THAT IN HOT OIL ADD CARROT, BELL PEPPER, BEANS, GREEN CHILLI AND FRY ALL VERY WELL.

ADD CURRY LEAVES AND FRY WITH THEM VERY WELL.

AFTER DOING IT FOR 3 MINUTES ADD THE FRY SUJI AND MIXED IT VERY WELL.

THEN ADD 1TSP SALT AND 1TSP SUGAR.

THEN MIXED IT VERY WELL. ADD 1 CUP OF WATER AND AGAIN MIXED VERY WELL.

OFF THE FLAME AND PUT IT IN A POT.

ON THE OTHER HAND FRY 2 FINELY CHOPPED ONION WITH ONE GREEN CHILLI.

THEN ADD ONE EGG AND MIXED WITH THE ONION AND FRY BOTH PROPERLY.
