Ingredients-
1-2 tbsp oil
½ cup semolina
1/2 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 green chili (chopped)
¼ cup bell peppers (chopped)
¼ cup tomato (chopped)
Salt – to taste
1 cup milk
Method-
1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Add semolina & sauté for 2 minutes
3. Add onion, green chilli, bell peppers & tomato. Stir well
4. Add salt & milk. Stir continuously.
5. When the mixer is thicken, remove it in a greased bowl & place on a platter.
6. Serve hot.
