Ingredients:
1 tbsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp salt Fresh curry leaves
1 tbsp rai
1 tbsp urad and chana dal
10 gms peanuts
1 big red chilly
1 cup rava (mtr idli rava mix) (you can take normal rava too)
3 cups water
2 tbsp Oil and Ghee
2 tbsp lemon juice
Veggies:
1 onion diced
1 tomato diced
1/2 yellow capsicum diced
1/2 red capsicum diced
How to make
1. Boil 3 cups of water and keep aside
2. In a pan add 1-2 tbsp of ghee and add rava,roast till brown,additionally also roast peanuts in some ghee
3. Remove rava and in same Kadai add 2 tbsp of oil,heat the oil and add rai,curry leaves,red chilly,onion.Cook until onion are brown,then add capcisum,cook till tender finally add tomatoes,cook till tender
4. Now add salt,red chilly cook for a minute
5. Add roasted sooji,mix well and then slowly add boiled water
6. Cover and cook till all water is absorbed by sooji
7. Lastly add lemon juice and roasted peanuts,cook for 5 minutes and serve hot
