: Ingredients:
1 Cup Boiled & Sprouted Lentils (Moong)
½ Cup Boiled Corn
¼ Cup of Chopped Cabbage
1 Medium Sized Lengthwise Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
1 Lengthwise Chopped Tomato
1 Lengthwise Chopped Onion
½ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
¼ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
Coriander Leaves
Juice of ½ Lemon
Salt
Procedure:
1. In a mixing bowl add boiled and sprouted lentils, boiled corn, lengthwise chopped capsicum, lengthwise chopped tomato and mix well.
2. Add cumin seed powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, salt and squeeze a ½ lemon.
3. Mix well.
4. Healthy & tasty sprouts chaat salad is ready.
