Ingredients
200 gram chhena
2 tbsp refined flour or maida
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powde
r For sugar syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp cardamom powder
Method
make one thread sugar syrup for making gulab jamun mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough give the shape of gulab jamun and deep fry in to luke warm oil till golden brown in colour. soaked in to sugar syrup for 4-5 hours. serve it.
