Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
15-20 ml water
3 cups sugar
2-1/2 cups water
Rose water
In a sauce pan make sugar syrup by adding water, sugar and rose water Cook it for 5-6 minuets and until little thickens In a separate bowl sieve flour, milk powder and baking powder Add milk and water and prepare a soft dough Make balls out of it and deep fry until you get the desired colour Dip in to sugar syrup for 40 minutes Serve hot
