Potatoes Powdered

Method
Boil potatoes. Remove the skin from the boiled potatoes. Then mash them nicely. Put maida in the mashed potatoes. Take maida equal to about half the quantity of the mashed potatoes. Mix nicely. If the maida is mixed nicely then add 2 table spoons of powdered sugar in it. Then add 4 teaspoons of ghee. Mix nicely. Make small balls out of this mixture. Take water and sugar in a vessel and boil to make sugar syrup for the balls. You can add saffron, cardamom powder, rose essence in the sugar syrup. These are optionals. On the gas. On low flame put oil in a pan. When the oil is hot put the balls. Keep the gas on low flame. When the balls are ready then put the balls in the sugar syrup after draining the oil from the balls. Your potato gulab jamuns are ready to be eaten.
