Ingredients
For sugar syrup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Few drops rose essence
For dough
1 cup milk powder
2 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp ghee
Milk as needed For stuffing
Chopped nuts like Raisins, cashew, almonds and pistachio
Pinch of orange colour
1-2 balls from prepare dough
Preparations
First prepare one thread sugar syrup by all all the ingredients.
For making stuffing mix all ingredients in a bowl.
For preparing dough mix all the ingredients one by one in a separate bowl and make a soft dough Make small size balls and fill the stuffing Cover all the sides and make it even Heat the oil on very low to medium flame and put all the jamun's.
Deep fry till nice dark in colour on low flame Take them out and dip them in to sugar syrup for one hour.
After that take them out and serve.
