Cheese Burst Pizza

INGREDIENTS
Hot water - 120 milliliters
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Yeast - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 285 grams
Milk powder - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Maize flour
Cheese spread
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Bell pepper
Onions
Green chili
Green olives
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 120 milliliters hot water, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon yeast and mix it well.
2. Rest for 5 minutes.
3. Now, add 285 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons milk powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon butter and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
4. Rest for 1 hour.
5. Now, divide the dough into 1/4 portion.
6. Roll the dough ball in circular shape using a rolling pin.
7. Transfer it into a tawa and cook on both sides till golden.
8. Now, divide the pizza dough into 3/4 portion.
9. Spread the 3/4 dough into a large round using a rolling pin.
10. Transfer it into a greased tray.
11. Now spread some cheese spread over the pizza.
12. Place cooked pizza base over it and use a fork to prick the top of the pizza.
13. Spread some pizza sauce over it.
14. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, onions, green chili, green olives.
15. Now drizzle a good amount of olive oil.
16. Preheat the oven to 480 °F/250 °C. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
17. Slice and serve.
