Ingredients:
1 TBSP YEAST
1/2 TSP SUGAR
1/2 CUP HOT WATER
1 EGG
2 CUPS MAIDA
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 CUP WATER
1 TBSP PIZZA SAUCE
2 TBSP MOZZARELLA CHEESE
ONIONS
RED BELL PEPPER
CAPSICUM
OLIVES
1/2 TSP OREGANo
1/2 TSP CHILLI FLAKES
Method:
Place the yeast, sugar and hot water in a bowl. Let it rest for a while.
Add 1 egg, mix well, then add maida, salt, and make a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for an hour.
Divide the dough into two parts, and roll them out.
Cook one part on a tawa until 50% done.
Set the other dough on a plate and place the cheese slices on it.
Cover the cheese slices with the half-cooked bread, then seal the edges.
Place pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, onions, capsicum, red bell pepper, olives, oregano, chilli flakes, and bake it in the oven until done.
