for chicken tikka marination
boneless chicken=2 cups(cut into cubes)
salt-=as per your taste
red chiklli peder=1 teaspoon( you can add 1 table spoon if you like a bit spicy)
turmeric powder=1/4 teaspoon
cumin powder=1 teaspoon
garam masala powder=1/2 teaspoon
black pepper powder=1/2 teaspoon
yougurt=1 teaspoon
food colour=a pinch(optional)
lemon=1 small
ginger garlic paste=1 teaspoon
MARINADE THE CHICKEN WITH ALL THESE SPICES AND KEEP IT FOR HALF AN HOUR.. then add a table spoon of oil to a pan and fry the cicken tikka on medium flame till it become juicy and tender.(do not over cook)

pizza sauce=2 table spoon
onion=1(cut into rings)
tomatoes=1(cut into slices)
olives=as per your choice
mushrooms=as per your choice (if you like you can add jalepanos or green chillies to it to make it spicy)
egg=1(beaten)for brushing
oregano=for drizzleat the top of pizza(optional)
cooked chicken tikka
mozrella cheese=1 cup
chedder cheese=1 cup
chedder or mozrella chesse slices=8 to 10( u can also add shredded mozrella cheese in the crust stuffing)
METHOD
roll out the dough on a work surface and then put it in a greased pizza pan and put some cheese sticks or shredded chees on the sides of the pizza dough and roll it inwards as shown in the video above..cut off the extra dough before you roll it inwards,keep the rolling dough thin.Then prick the oizza dough with fork in the middle and then apply pizza sauce to it,put some shredded mozrella nad chedder on it and then arrange the chicken tikka and all the veggies and press it a little bit with hands,at last put again some shredded cheese on it and drizzle orregano and olives on it,brush the beaten egg on the edges to give it a golden beautiful look,then bake it in the preheated(for 15 minutes on 180°C) oven for 20 minutes(on 200 °C ) for 20 minutes..
