Preparation Time : 20 mins
Baking Time : 15 to 20 mins
Makes : 1 large pizza
Ingredients:
Pizza Base - 1 batch ( I used my Instant No Yeast Pizza Dough)
Cheese Sauce - 1 cup

Tomato Ketchup or Pizza Sauce as needed
Bell Peppers sliced as needed
Onions Sliced as needed
Chilli Flakes to taste
Oregano - 1 tsp
Black Olives as needed
sliced Olive Oil - 2 to 3 tblspn
Mozzarella Cheese as needed grated
Method:
Preheat oven to 250 Degree C on grill mode
. Line a baking tray with foil and oil it very well.
Pop it into the oven and let it heat for 10 to 15 mins.
Divide your pizza dough into two balls.
Once portion should be more than another.
Roll the dough into rounds.
Now take the hot tray carefully from oven, place one spread pizza dough over it.
Spread cheese sauce over it.
Now cover with another one and seal the edges and crimp them
Now prick the top with some fork.
SO the pizza dont puff when baking.
Now spread some tomato ketchup all over it.
Sprinkle with bell peppers and olives.
Sprinkle with chilli flakes and oregano.
Brush the edges with olive oil and drizzle some over the pizza as well.
Bake this in the oven on grill mode for 10 to 12 mins till the pizza is baked.
Now sprinkle lots of cheese over it and bake for another 2 to 5 mins.
Remove it and let it sit for 5 mins.
Now cut into wedges and enjoy the gooey and molten cheese burst pizza.
