ngredients:-
2 cups Leftover Upma
Oil for Frying
2 tbsp Corn Flour
Water 1 cup
Cheese, grated 1/2 cup
Refined flour 1 tsp
Salt
Method:-
In a bowl add upma, cheese, corn flour and mix well.
Take a tray, cover it with parchment paper, transfer the mixture to the tray and refrigerate it for 30 mins. Once you're done refrigerating,
cut it into fingers. In a bowl add refined flour, salt water and mix well. Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the fingers into the slurry and fry it.
Our Cheesy Upma Fingers are ready.
