Healthy Vegetable Salad Recipe Video - How to Make Healthy Vegetable Salad at Home - Easy & Simple

Ingredients:

(according to a standard cup)

Sweet corn kernels:1 cup

Tomatoes (medium sized): 2

whole Diced carrot: ½ cup

Diced cucumber: 1 cup

Diced onion: 1/4th cup

Lemon (medium sized): 1

whole Black pepper powder: ½ teaspoon

Salt: 1/4th teaspoon

Chopped coriander: 1 ½ tablespoon

Procedure:

1. To a cooking pan, add sweet corn kernels.Add 1/4th cup of water.

2. Close the lid and cook on medium flame till the corn kernels get tender and till the water dries up completely.

3. Slice two tomatoes. De-seed and remove the soft pulp. Make small pieces of sliced tomatoes.

4. To a large empty bowl, add diced carrot, diced cucumber, diced onion, diced tomatoes (which we had kept aside), add tenderized sweet corn kernels, lemon juice, chopped coriander, salt and add black pepper powder.

5. Mix well. Vegetable Salad is ready.
