પનીર અને કોર્નનું ચટપટુ સલાડ Paneer and Corn Chapata Salad (In Gujarati) by Tarla Dalal

Preparation Time: 15 minutes.

Cooking Time: 2 minutes

. Serves 6

. ½ cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes

1½ cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)

2 tsp chaat masala

1 tbsp oil

1 cup boiled potato cubes

1 cup chopped spring onion whites and greens

¾ cup chopped tomatoes

½ tsp lemon juice

½ tsp finely chopped green chillies

1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

Salt to taste

1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the paneer cubes and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally or till light brown in colour. Remove and keep aside to cool.

2. Combine all the ingredients, including the paneer in a deep bowl and toss gently.

Serve immediately.
