Ingredients:
- ¼ kg. Cucumber peeled and finely chopped or grated thick
½ cup Roasted peanut powder
¼ cup Fresh coconut grated
3-4 Green chillies, finely chopped
Juice of ½ a lemon
2 tsp. Sugar
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnishing
Method:-
Mix all the ingredients together and serve. Khamang Kakdi is ready to eat!
