Bombay Chutney || Side dish for Roti` Chapathi & Dosa Etc..

Required ingredients are,

Gram flour or Besan - 4spoons

Chopped tomato -1 Sliced

Onion - 1 Slitted

Green chilies - 3

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tea spn

Garam Masala Powder - 1/2tea spn

Salt - As needed

Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds - 1/2tea spn

Curry leaves - 1 sprig

Coriander leaves - Few

Oil - 1 tbsp

Water - 3 cups __________________________________________________________________________________

First of all, In a bowl, mix am flour in 3 cups of water.

Mix till smooth with no lumps. Set aside. Heat oil in a vessel.

Once hot, reduce flame. add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds and curry leaves, allow to splutter for 20 seconds.

Add Sliced onion & slitted green chilies. saute for 4 mins on low medium flame till onion become transparent in color. Now Onion is transparent, its time to add choped tomato.

Cook tomoto for 5mins on medium flame till they become soft

. Once the tomoto is soft add turmeric pwdr, salt, red chilli powder, & garam masala powdr.

Mix well & cook for 1 minute until raw smell leaves off from masala pwdrs.
