CORIANDER POWDER ½ TS

METHOD
Take a pan add some oil, when oil is heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, add coriander powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric, and add tomato and sauté them, add water and cook for 2 minutes add cucumber pieces, put the lid and reduce the flame and cook for 3 to4 minutes.
