INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
rosemary
oregano
olive oil
salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Thinly slice the potatoes. Leave them to soak in water for 15 minutes to remove the starch. Dry them.
2. Place the sliced potatoes in the water again and microwave them for 5 minutes.
3. Arrange 7/8 slices of potato partially overlapped, lengthwise, in a row. Roll a slice of bacon around the potatoes to keep it closed.
4. Put the roses in a muffin pan. Season with salt, oil, and herbs.
5. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
