INGREDIENTS:
1. Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
2. Garlic pods slit - 4-5
3. Ginger - 1 " piece chopped
4. Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
5. Chopped tomatoes - 1 cup (2 tomatoes)
6. Soaked cashews - 5 (GRIND TO FINE PASTE ON COOLING)
INGREDIENTS OF SEASONING:
1. cooking oil - 2-3 tsp
2. Bay leaf - 1
3. Cinnamon -1" piece
4. Cumin seeds - 1 level tsp
5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
7. Red chili powder - 1 tsp
8. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
9. Salt - as needed
10. Cubes potatoes - 2 cups (4 potatoes medium size)
11. Chopped gobi - 1 cup
12. Amul cream - 2-3 tsp
13. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
14. Chopped coriander leaves - 2-3 tsp
PROCEDURE:
Heat oil 2 tsp and just fry garlic, ginger, onion , tomato and add cashews . On cooling grind fine. Place a pan with 2-3 tsp oil in it. On heating add baylaf, cinnamon and chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry till done. Add wet masala and fry till aromatic. Add water and cook till aromatic. Add chopped potatoes and cook till little soft. Add caulifower and cook till done. Add cream and cook till combined. Add garam masala powder and cook till done. add kasuri methi and cook. finally add corinder leaves and garnish. Yumm
