GREEN CHUTNEY
Grind:
Grated Fresh Coconut
- 1 Cup Green Chillies
- 3 Ginger
- 1/2 Inch Piece Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Bunch Tamarind
- Small Piece (Soaked) Chutney Dhal
- 2 Tblsps Salt
- To Taste Tempering: Oil
- 2 Tblsps Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
Asafoetida
Broken Red Chillies
METHOD
Grind Together with little water to coarse paste. Heat little oil.
Add mustard seeds.
Allow to splutter. Add black gram dhal, asafoetida powder and pour over chutney.
