Ingredients/ Method
2-3 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
3/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups spinach
Salt and red chilli powder 1 tbsp
minced garlic 250 gms
chopped spinach 1 tsp
curry powder
Method:
Heat Oil and add in mustard and cumin seeds.
Add in onions and cook them for few secs.
Add spinach.
Mix in minced garlic, salt and chilli pwd.
Add mushrooms once spinach is lightly done
. Cook until mushrooms are almost done. then add curry powder and give few extra mins for all flavours to combine. Serve with roti/ paratha.
