Tendli Sabzi Recipe | बहुत स्वादिष्ट सब्ज़ी | Healthy Indian Vegetarian Side Dish

Ingredients:

Ivy Gourd 1/2 kg

Coconut 1/2 grated

onion 2 big

red chilly powder 1 tablespoon

Salt 1/2 tablespoon

Turmeric powder a pinch about 1/4 spoon

Method:

Sabzi cooked this way is very tasty because tendli is sour so adding tomato makes it even more sour so this recipe does not use tomato.

Tendli needs to be fresh as the ripe ones are sour.

Heat cooker and add 2-3 tablespoon oil Add chopped onion and roast until golden brown on full flame for about 2 min On slow flame add red chilly powder and stir for 15 sec Add turmeric powder Add chopped ivy gourd, coconut and salt.

mix well Add half cup water and mix well Cook until 2 whistles Tasty sabzi is ready.
