HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

3-4 tablespoonscocoa powder

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons fresh cream

¼ cup sugar

A pinch salt

½ inch cinnamon

Marshmallows for topping

Chocolate stick for garnishing

Method

1. Heat a non-stick pan. Add cocoa powder, milk, sugar and salt and whisk well.

2. Add cinnamon and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, strain and blend well with a hand blender.

3. Pour into individual microwave safe glasses, top with marshmallows and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.

4. Garnish with chocolate stick and serve hot.
