Ingredients For Badam Milk Recipe:
Badam: 25 (soaked and peeled off the skin)
Milk: 1/2 ltr full-fat milk
Saffron: a pinch
Sugar: 3-4 Tsp
Making Procedure of Badam Milk Recipe:
1. Firstly, wash and soak almonds for at least 6 hours and peel of the skin.
2. Crush the saffron and keep it ready. Heat a Kadai with 1/2 ltr milk and bring milk to boil. Add a pinch of saffron and stir well.
3. While milk is boiling, blend the soaked almonds with a half glass of milk to smooth paste.
4. You can as well blend sugar saffron, cardamom with almonds. But I added to boiling milk as it gives nice aroma.
5. Add sugar and mix well. Milk quantity is reduced now. Add almond paste that prepared earlier. Stir well
6. Cook under low flame for 10 minutes and turn off the flame. Serve hot or cold. Garnish with sliced almonds and saffron.
